This tour covers the northern half of Cappadocia, with your own guide and vehicle. It suits anyone drawn to the rock-cut churches and their frescoes, the fairy chimneys, and the villages carved into the soft volcanic stone. Lunch is served in a cave restaurant among the valleys. Because the tour is private, the route and the timings are yours to change.

Good to know before you book

• We suggest a pick-up at 09:30, but you can set a different time.
• If you would like, your guide can take you to a pottery workshop in Avanos, where the craft has been practised for four thousand years. It is optional, and there is no obligation to buy.
